Today has been a BORING day. I have read that once you get close to the end of pregnancy it seems to go by so slow. Each time I heard that I always thought “not me”. My pregnancy has sped by thus far, so I was convinced that I would be different from everyone else. That the rest of my pregnancy would continue to speed by. last night i stayed up till the sun was shining & got so much done. it was fun. here are a few shares: a peek at a new comic-style painting. it's huge & i'm filling one little square a a time. see.... she should be ready in a couple weeks. i'm really enjoying working on some larger pieces right now. and speaking of painting... i've been doing so much of it and it's still my favorite! here are a few that have been mailed off already.... firstly, I would like to thank everyone who sent their good wishes for myself and dear. our wedding anniversary was spent quietly amidst the non-stop rains up-south. but it’s nonetheless amazing when it dawned on us that we’ve been together a loooong time. woo-hoo. secondly, here are several layouts I would like to share with you guys! Once upon a time, before Internet (a.k.a. The Information Superhighway—remember that?), recipes were shared hand-to-hand—literally. If your friend served you some awesome cookies, you asked for the recipe, and she wrote it out for you. Usually on a scrap of paper.
